When there is a new hire, if they are a teacher, staff member, or someone who will be needing access to our common systems, please create the accounts necessary for them prior to their first day on campus.

- Google Account, and add to email groups
- Domain Account, and add to Management Group
- Shared Drive Access
- Gradicus Account
- School Website account
- IXL Account
- Phone extension and account (update Staff Directory)
- Adjust Guide Maps
- Security Camera account, if applicable
- Key Fob
- Photocopier Account
