Introduction

When there is a new hire, if they are a teacher, staff member, or someone who will be needing access to our common systems, please create the accounts necessary for them prior to their first day on campus.

  • Google Account, and add to email groups
  • Domain Account, and add to Management Group
  • Shared Drive Access
  • Gradicus Account
  • School Website account
  • IXL Account
  • Phone extension and account (update Staff Directory)
  • Adjust Guide Maps
  • Security Camera account, if applicable
  • Key Fob
  • Photocopier Account
